• NAC may not be able to respond to individual inquiries about applications.
   

This opportunity is open to Canadian residents only. If selected, artists must be available on-site to install their work.

Submission Fee

Applicants will be invoiced according to their category:
 

• NAC Member: $0

• Student Artist: $15 + tax

• Artist (non-member/non-student): $30 + tax
   

Invoices will be sent via QuickBooks within 24–48 hours of submission (please check your junk/spam folder).

 

The accepted payment method is E-TRANSFER.
 

Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being issued. Applications without payment will be considered incomplete and will not move forward.

All fees are nonrefundable.

Exhibition Fee (for selected artists only)

If selected, artists must pay a small exhibition fee to confirm their place in the 2026 schedule. This fee directly supports NAC’s overhead and ensures we can continue offering exhibition opportunities.

In return, NAC provides:

• Professional exhibition documentation

• A published blog post with a permanent URL

• Social media promotion

• The ability for artists to retain 100% of sales​​​
